At the Donkey Centre « Les Anes de la Beue », we are specialists in Donkey Trekking. We adapt to your needs and requirements and offer something for everyone - from short walks to treks lasting several days. You will find us in the Nièvre département ( county) , just outside Nevers, within a stone's throw of the Bertranges woods, in Burgundy, France. With its 23 ha and 3,5 km of paths and tracks, all privately owned, our centre is ideal for relaxed family walks lasting from 1 ½ to 2 hours. For longer distances, The National Pathway GR 654 ( The Pilgrim's way to Santiago of Compostela ) , the GR3, or the multitude of forest tracks in the Bertranges woods are all ideal for the perfect holiday break.

We can arrange transport from Nevers station to our Centre if required. You will have no difficulty finding where to stay - within a ten minutes' drive, there is a wide choice of « gîtes », B and Bs, and hotels. Within the same area you will also find a wide variety of restaurants;
